The Secrets of Silicon Valley: What Big Tech Doesn’t Want You to Know
A new documentary by The Corbett Report examines the early history of Silicon Valley and the ties it has with the US government, US intelligence agencies and US military. You’ll find that there’s not much difference in the relationship between Big Tech in the US and the US government, and Big Tech in China and the Chinese government.
There are a lot of stories these days in the press about how the Chinese government is working closely with Chinese technology companies in order to spy on people and gather intelligence. One example is Huawei. The hypocrites in the US government of course fail to mention every time that they are doing the exact same things they are accusing China of doing. And you’ll see exactly what they’re doing in this documentary; from financing companies such as Google (as I blogged about years ago) and Palantir via In-Q-Tel (i.e. the CIA’s money laundering operations), to paying companies such as Apple, Facebook, Google and Microsoft for backdoor access to spy on users, as Edward Snowden revealed.
