No matter how much i like a person i cannot carry on a long term relationship with her. The freedom that i experience on my own is priceless. So the basic thing you need is love. If you have other needs, especially materialistic ones, then there's a problem. And as for me, I don't believe in a soulmate or one true love. There will never be one person who can give you everything you want, and who you can be satisfied with 100%. And we are capable to love more people at the same time. Love is an important ingeredient that is true. But everbody has a different opnion about a relationship, becaus of their different needs. I myself see my boyfriend as my soulmate and i will love him no matter what happens between us. So my question to you: Have you found your soulmate or your true love??
